Our role
VisaProLink Australia is a connection platform. We do not provide immigration or legal advice, decide visa applications or guarantee a visa outcome. We are not an Australian government service.
Any professional advice, services, fees and engagement agreement are between the applicant and the selected business. VisaProLink is not a party to that engagement. A connection does not itself engage a professional or oblige you to purchase services.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information, use an email address you control and keep your login secure. Each email address is associated with one applicant or business role. Contact us if an account correction is needed. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
Do not impersonate others, submit misleading credentials, send spam, harass users, scrape personal information, bypass access controls or use information obtained through the platform for unrelated marketing. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Avoid sensitive identity or visa documents in inquiry descriptions.
Business information and professional services
Businesses must keep profiles and professional credentials accurate and current and act within their qualifications and legal authorisation. A platform credential review or approval is not a guarantee of service quality, suitability or continuing registration.
Applicants should check a professional’s current registration, scope of services, fees and engagement terms before appointing them. You can check registered migration agents through the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority ; legal practitioners can be checked with the relevant legal regulator. Business website and social links lead to independently operated services.
Choosing a business and sharing details
An expression of interest is an introduction, not professional advice or an offer of a guaranteed result. Applicants decide whom to select. Before confirming a selection, you must acknowledge the platform’s role and the contact-sharing notice presented at that time. We record that acknowledgement.
A selected business may access the contact details shared for that inquiry and contact the applicant about it. Businesses must use those details only for the requested connection and related services agreed with the applicant, subject to applicable law. Closing an inquiry does not retrieve information already received by a business.
Availability and account restrictions
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but interruptions, delays and errors can occur. We do not guarantee a response to an inquiry, a successful match or the availability of a particular professional. Tell us if you identify an error.
We may limit content or account access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, misleading information, security concerns or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken so we can review it.
Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, VisaProLink is not liable for the independent advice, services, acts or omissions of a selected business. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, remedies, consumer guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy, complaints and changes
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information. Our Complaints policy explains how to raise a concern. We will publish updated terms with a new date and give notice of material changes where appropriate or required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
