Statement of rights

What you can expect when using VisaProLink, and the choices that remain yours.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Understand the service

You should be able to understand that VisaProLink connects applicants with businesses and does not provide immigration or legal advice. Professional services and any agreement for them are separate from using the platform.

Make your own choice

You can review interested businesses, ask questions and decide whether to connect. You do not have to select a business or accept its services. Check qualifications, fees and engagement terms and seek independent advice when needed. No visa outcome is guaranteed by a connection.

Control contact sharing

You decide which interested businesses may receive the contact details shared for an inquiry. The platform asks for your acknowledgement before confirming a selection. Information already received by a business cannot be recalled through VisaProLink; you can ask the business how it handles that information.

Ask about your information

You can update available profile information and notification preferences and request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. We will explain any limitations that apply. Our Privacy policy describes our information handling and the choices available to you.

Be treated respectfully and raise concerns

Applicants and businesses should be treated respectfully, without harassment or misleading representations. You can report inappropriate conduct, ask questions or use our complaints process . Making a complaint in good faith will not itself result in a penalty.

Keep your legal protections

This statement describes the platform experience and does not replace your rights under law. Nothing in our terms or selection acknowledgement removes consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your part in a safe connection

Provide accurate information, respect other users’ privacy, keep login details secure and use shared contact details only for the agreed purpose. Businesses must keep professional credentials current and clearly explain the services, fees and terms they offer.
